Shipping & returns

Every order is packed and dispatched from our Collingwood warehouse in Victoria, usually within one business day of payment clearing.

Delivery options

Standard shipping is free on orders over $150. Regional WA, NT and Tasmania can take an extra 2–3 business days. We currently ship to Australian addresses only, including PO boxes and Parcel Lockers.

Returns and exchanges

• 30 days, change of mind welcome. Shoes must be unworn outdoors with the original box.
• Free return label. Request one from your account or by emailing hello@averonshoes.com.au and drop it at any Australia Post outlet.
• Refunds. Processed to your nominated Australian bank account within 3 business days of the return arriving.
• Exchanges. Swapping sizes is free — we'll hold your new size while the first pair is on its way back.
• Faults. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Paying by bank transfer or PayID

Once you place an order we reserve your sizes for 5 business days and show you our BSB, account number or PayID along with a unique payment reference. Osko and PayID payments usually clear within minutes; standard transfers can take until the next business day. We email you as soon as the funds land and again when your parcel ships with tracking.
